Wiesenthal Center Slams Iranian 'HispanTV' and Venezuelan 'Telesur' Netwoks for Anti-Semitic Blood Libel: “Julius Streicher, Editor of Nazi Regime Newspaper 'Der Sturmer,' Would be Proud of His Legacy”

The Simon Wiesenthal Center slammed Iranian Hispan TV (Spanish language News Service) and Venezuelan Telesur networks, which both reported, “Israel uses humanitarian help as a cover for trafficking of 25 babies in Nepal”.

The libel quotes unidentified NGOs as stating, “Among the 25 babies, 15 of them were born through Tammuz, an Israeli [surrogacy] company which provides services to couples unable to bear children, particularly homosexuals.” (see http://www.hispantv.com/newsdetail/Oriente-Medio/30389/Terremoto-en-Nepal-devela-trafico-de-menores-a-Israel).

“The ‘Tehran – Caracas axis’ even perverts humanitarian aid to victims of natural disasters such as the Nepal earthquake, just as they had accused the Israeli medical mission of harvesting body parts in the Haiti catastrophe. Through these Spanish language television satellites, Iran foments antisemitism across the Americas, just as it sponsors global terrorism, slanders the Holocaust and pursues its nuclear programme,” commented Dr. Shimon Samuels, Director for International Relations of the Wiesenthal Center.

“HispanTV and Telesur are acting as the heirs of the Nazi propaganda newspaper Der Stürmer. Its editor, Julius Streicher, would be proud of such a vile legacy. El  Centro Simon Wiesenthal criticó enérgicamente a HispanTV (servicio iraní de noticias en castellano) y a la cadena Telesur (Venezuela), luego de que ambas reportaran que “Israel utiliza el pretexto de la ayuda humanitaria en Nepal para encubrir el tráfico de 25 bebés”.

El libelo cita a ONGs no identificadas para sostener que “hay 25 bebés nacidos de madres de alquiler que han gestado a sus hijos a cuenta de israelíes que han ido a recuperarlos. 15 han nacido por encargo de la transnacional israelí Tammuz, una empresa al servicio de parejas israelíes que no pueden tener hijos, en particular los homosexuales” (ver http://www.hispantv.com/newsdetail/Oriente-Medio/30389/Terremoto-en-Nepal-devela-trafico-de-menores-a-Israel).

“El ‘eje Teherán – Caracas’ pervierte aún la ayuda humanitaria a víctimas de desastres naturales como, en este caso, el terremoto en Nepal. Del mismo modo lo habían hecho luego de la catástrofe en Haiti en 2010, cuando acusaron a la delegación humanitaria de médicos israelíes de extraer órganos humanos. Por medio de estas cadenas satelitales en idioma español, Irán fomenta el antisemitismo a través de las Américas, del mismo modo en que apoya el terrorismo internacional, niega el Holocausto y desarrolla su programa nuclear”, manifestó el Dr. Shimon Samuels, Director de Relaciones Internacionales del Centro Wiesenthal.
