The Wiesenthal Center exhibition, “People, Book, Land: The 3,500.Year Relationship of the Jewish People with the Holy Land" opened at the Panama International Book Fair on the Israel Embassy stand, in the framework of Israel’s status as the Fair’s “Honoured Guest 2018".

The ceremony was led by Panamanian Deputy Foreign Minister Luis Miguel Hincapié, Orit Betesh, Chair of the Book Association and Israeli Ambassador Reda Mansour.

The Ambassador himself is a poet and writer from the Druze community.

The Fair will be visited by 15.000 people in the next 5 days.
