SWC Condemns Today’s West Bank Attack by Jewish Extremists

July 31, 2015

The Simon Wiesenthal Center strongly condemned today’s attack in the village of Duma in the West Bank killing a toddler, injuring his family, and leaving his mother with burns over 90 percent of her body.

“This is a baseless act of murder and mayhem and is being condemned by the entire world Jewish community,” said Rabbi Marvin Hier, founder and dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center.

“There is nothing that damages the credibility of Israel more in the international community than Jewish terrorists,” he added.

"Unlike Palestinian society that reveres and honors terrorists, the Jewish community despises them, whether they are Jews or Arabs,” Hier concluded.

This attack comes on the heels of yesterday’s horrific attack by a Jewish fanatic who stabbed six people at a gay pride parade in Jerusalem.
