Give Mom A Meaningful Gift: Membership
“…your museum is powerful and its message carries on… long after they have walked out the door”

Give Mom a meaningful gift this Mother’s Day – a membership to the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s Museums of Tolerance in Los Angeles, New York and soon in the heart of Jerusalem.

Visitors from around the world have been impacted by the message and work of the Center’s Museum of Tolerance.

This excerpt below, from Rabbi Marvin Hier’s memoir, “Meant To Be” tells of one visitor, Elissa’s experience:

“I visited your museum in the summer of 1997…I had just found out I was pregnant with my first child…We were given a card…mine was a little girl named Liliana Fano…her story was so tragic and she perished…. On February 26, 1998, six months later, I gave birth to a little girl and the answer became clear. I named her Liliana so that in some small way, the name and story of Liliana Fanos can live on. The reason I shared it with you is I want you to know that your museum is powerful and its message carries on with visitors long after they have walked out the door” - Elissa

Museum members are all around the world. The memory of those whose lives were affected by the Holocaust are honored by supporting the life-changing work of the Simon Wiesenthal Center and the Museum of Tolerance.

This year, as Mother’s Day falls on the 71st anniversary of VE Day, the end of the war in Europe, give the gift that honors both your Mother and the memory of all Mothers.
