Dear Ambassador Rice:

I am joining the Simon Wiesenthal Center in urging the United States to publicly and definitively denounce the so-called “Goldstone Report” for its unfair and untruthful attacks against Israel’s defensive action in Gaza and to veto any and all moves to bring the “Goldstone Report” for consideration before the United Nations Security Council.

If the “Goldstone Report” – which falsely accuses Israel, in effect, of using “Nazi-like” tactics by deliberately targeting civilians, gains traction in the international community, Israeli soldiers and leaders could be arrested and brought to trial under international law. In addition, in the future any nation, including the US, could be subject to prosecution for the “crime” of defending their country against terrorists.

A US policy of vetoing any UN action based on this fatally flawed document will go a long way in repairing the serious damage to Middle East peace already done by the "Goldstone Report".
