US Secretary of State and Argentine Foreign Minister to Cooperate Against Hizbollah in Latin America

Buenos Aires, February 5, 2018

US Secretary of State, Tillerson and his Argentine counterpart, Jorge Faurie,agreed to work together on Hezbollah money laundering to finance terrorism accros Latin America, and beyond.

This pledge was almost simultaneously justified by an Open Letter to the Alawite community from the imprisoned Yusuf Khalil, who is accused of serving as a go-between Argentine government officials and Iran for the adoption of the Memorandum of Understanding with Tehran. This was to grant impunity for the bombing against the Jewish Center AMIA in Buenos Aires in 1994, which left 85 dead and over 300 injured. In his letter, Khalil lament that as a Muslim brother, he can not adequately fight Zionism from jail. He also praises Shaykh Mohsen Ali, who asserts that the AMIA bombing was organized as a provocation by the jews themselves. He also thanks "the great Muhammad Abbas" for his personal concern.

"The Simon Wiesenthal Center welcomes the Foreign Ministers agreement, following the bombing of the Israeli Embassy and the AMIA atrocity, both followed closely by the Center. The existence of terrorist organizations in Latin America cannot be hidden and must be treated on the regional level”, said Dr. Ariel Gelblung, Latin America Center´s Representative.

Dr. Shimon Samuels, Director for International Relations added: "The findings of the AMIA investigation Prosecutor, Alberto Nisman, that marked him for murder, surely, implicate the six INTERPOL-sought Iranian suspects , but also - by association - their local Argentine collaborators. 24 years later ,they are bent on both whitewash and repetition... Thanks to Nisman, we know that the Iranian progeny, Hizbollah cells are dormant from Argentina to Venezuela as a pan-American threat to the US homeland. The joint Declaration of the Foreign Ministers is a hemispheric call to action"

El Secretario de Estado de EE. UU. y el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores argentino acordaron cooperación contra Hezbollah en América Latina

Buenos Aires, febrero 5 de 2018

El Secretario de Estado de los Estados Unidos, Rex Tillerson y su homólogo argentino, Jorge Faurie, acordaron en trabajar juntos sobre la red de actividades ilegales y lavado de dinero de Hezbollah en América Latina destinada a financiar el terrorismo.

Este anuncio se justifica con la aparición casi simultánea de una carta abierta a la comunidad Alawita del detenido Yusuf Khalil, acusado de servir como intermediario entre funcionarios del gobierno argentino e Irán para la adopción del Memorando de entendimiento con Teherán. Este fue pergeñado para otorgar impunidad a los acusados del atentado a AMIA en Buenos Aires en 1994, que dejó 85 muertos y más de 300 heridos. En su carta, Khalil se lamenta que, como hermano musulmán, no puede luchar adecuadamente contra el sionismo desde la cárcel. También agradece al Sheik Mohsen Ali, quien afirma que el bombardeo de la AMIA fue organizado como una provocación por los judíos mismos, así como "al gran Muhammad Abbas" por preocuparse por él.

"El Centro Simon Wiesenthal celebra el acuerdo de Ministros de Relaciones Exteriores, tras el bombardeo de la Embajada de Israel y la atrocidad de la AMIA, ambos seguidos de cerca por el Centro. La existencia de organizaciones terroristas en América Latina no puede ocultarse y debe incluirse en la agenda regional". , dijo el Dr. Ariel Gelblung, Representante del Centro para América Latina.

El Dr. Shimon Samuels, Director de Relaciones Internacionales agregó: "Las investigaciones que marcaron al fiscal Alberto Nisman como objetivo de homocidio, implican a los seis sospechosos iraníes buscados por INTERPOL, pero también - por asociación - a sus colaboradores locales locales. 24 años después, están empeñados tanto en encubrir como en repetir . Gracias a Nisman, sabemos que la progenie iraní, las células de Hezbolláh, están latentes desde Argentina hasta Venezuela como una amenaza panamericana para la seguridad continental y estadounidense. La declaración conjunta de los Ministros de Relaciones Exteriores es un llamado a la acción hemisférica".
