Simon Wiesenthal Center Reaction To Reported Comments By President Trump At White House Meeting

January 11, 2018

“Such vulgar language and sentiment are inappropriate. President Trump should withdraw the statement and apologize,” said Rabbis Marvin Hier and Abraham Cooper, Founder and Dean and Associate Dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center. The Rabbis were responding to President Trump’s reported statement about wanting more immigrants from places like Norway rather than from “shithole countries” like Haiti and those in Africa.
